The Kiss Test

Am I a Good Kisser? Take the Kiss Test.

Ten questions about what you actually do. A score, an archetype, and the three habits to fix first. About a minute.

10 questions about a minute free result

You can't tell from inside your own head. You've replayed it. You've checked their face afterward. You've searched this exact question at an hour you're not proud of. None of that answers it, because the answer isn't in your memory; it's in your habits. Ten of them, specifically: the moment before, your pressure, your tongue, your hands, your breath, what you do when they pull back an inch, what changes after two minutes, what the rest of you is doing, and two about what you notice in them.

Answer those and I can tell you what kind of kisser you are. Not a vibe. A pattern, computed from your answers, with a number attached.

I think most people are terrible kissers. Not average. Terrible. Not from lack of talent; nobody ever told them which habit was the problem. That's the entire point of this test.

What kind of kisser are you?

Seven results. Your archetype is the pattern that showed up most in your answers.

What the test measures

Pace
what you do with the moment before, and whether you chase.
Pressure
soft and present, or pressed, or barely there.
Tongue
guest or host.
Hands
purpose, then stillness.
Breath and prep
nose, mouth, moisture, the boring stuff that ruins everything.
Reading them
whether you catch the sigh, the hand, the second kiss.
Variety
journey or treadmill.
Beyond the lips
the rest of your body, the room, the neck.

What the test asks

Ten stems. Four thumb-sized answers each, on the test itself.

  1. Right before a kiss. What do you do with that moment?
  2. Your lips, mid-kiss. Be honest.
  3. Tongue. What's your policy?
  4. Where are your hands, honestly?
  5. Housekeeping round: breathing, breath, moisture. Which is truest?
  6. You feel them pull back an inch. What do you do?
  7. Two minutes in. What's changed?
  8. From the neck down, what's your body doing?
  9. Mid-kiss, which of these have you actually caught them doing?
  10. Their neck. What's your move?

What you get

Free

Your archetype, the tagline you'll want to screenshot, an honest three-sentence read, and your two strongest habits.

$4.99, one time

Your score and the eight-dimension breakdown, the three habits costing you the most with the fix for each (pulled from my book), what they're actually noticing based on your answers, the one move for your type, and a 7-day fix.

How it's scored

Every answer moves one or two of eight dials by a fixed amount. The dials are weighted (reading your partner counts most, the room counts least) and added into a score from 20 to 100. Nobody scores under 20; taking a test about kissing already puts you ahead of the people who never wonder. Your archetype is the pattern that showed up most in your answers. Same answers, same result, every time. This is for fun and self-awareness, not a scientific instrument.

Before you start

Questions people ask first.

Is the Kiss Test accurate?

It's honest, which is different. It scores what you told me you do against what I've spent years teaching (and doing badly at fifteen). It cannot see you kiss. It can tell you which of your habits would cost you points with a partner who knows the difference.

I've never kissed anyone. Can I take it?

Yes. Pick "Nobody yet" on the first tap and answer on instinct. The test grades habits, not experience, and the report tells you what to build first instead of what to fix.

What do I get for free, and what costs $4.99?

Free: archetype, tagline, a short read, your two strongest habits. Paid, one time: score, breakdown, the three costliest habits with fixes, what they're noticing from your answers, your one move, and the 7-day plan. No subscription, no account.

Is it private?

Your answers are scored on your phone and stored nowhere. The result link contains your answers so you can reopen it; who you're kissing never leaves your device. If you email yourself the result, I hold your email address and nothing else.

Can I retake it?

As often as you like. If you've unlocked the report, retakes stay unlocked for 30 days on the same device.
